Digital & Customer Success Specialist
Location: Abuja
Reporting to: Sales Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Digital & Customer Success Specialist to grow our digital product portfolio, support sales activities, and drive customer engagement with the Mywellness Cloud platform. This role combines sales support, customer success, training, and market development to maximize revenue, profitability, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with pre-sales activities and digital product training
Drive digital product sales and achieve revenue targets
Deliver customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support
Organize webinars and presentations to promote digital solutions
Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and competitor activity
Increase active users and customer retention on the Mywellness Cloud platform
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Economics
Experience in sales, business development, or customer success
Strong presentation, consultative selling, and relationship management skills
Digital and social media proficiency
Fluent English
