Sales / Wellness Consultant
Division: BPL Wellness / Technogym
Reports To: Team Lead, Sales
Location: Abuja
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Wellness Consultant to develop and manage strong client relationships while driving revenue growth across hospitality, corporate, fitness, and real estate segments. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities, convert leads to sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and convert new business opportunities across target sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
Prepare proposals and quotations in collaboration with technical teams
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives
Support team members in closing viable projects
Maintain accurate client database and sales reports
Contribute to marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and showroom strategies
Requirements:
B.Sc. in any discipline
3–5 years’ relevant sales or business development experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Good understanding of the real estate or wellness industry (advantage)
Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial acumen
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
