Business Development Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand our client base, and
originate mandates across our suite of ethical and Shariah-compliant investment and advisory
services. This role focuses on building strong relationships with institutional and HNI clients,
while ensuring full compliance with capital market regulations and Shariah governance
standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Shariah-compliant investments, ESG,
and advisory services.
Build and manage a pipeline of institutional and high-net-worth clients.
Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and engagement documents for client mandates.
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, ensuring long-term
engagement.
Collaborate with investment, compliance, ESG, and Shariah advisory teams to deliver
tailored solutions.
Represent the firm at industry and investor forums.
Track business development performance and achieve revenue and AUM targets.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
4–7 years’ experience in business development, sales, or relationship management
within financial services, asset management, or advisory.
Experience dealing with institutional clients or HNIs is an advantage.
Strong understanding of ethical and Shariah-compliant finance concepts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Islamic finance certifications are an added advantage.
