About the Role
We are looking for a Digital & Customer Success Specialist to drive the growth, adoption, and commercial success of our digital solutions, including the organizations cloud platform.
This role sits at the intersection of sales support, customer success, and digital adoption. You will work closely with sales teams and customers to ensure successful onboarding, high platform usage, and long-term customer value—directly contributing to revenue growth and retention.

What You’ll Do

  • Support sales teams during pre-sales and post-sales with digital product expertise and consultative support
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability across digital products and services
  • Lead customer onboarding, implementation, and training to ensure strong adoption and engagement
  • Deliver customer education through workshops, webinars, and training sessions
  • Increase active users, platform usage, and customer retention
  • Develop customer success stories and best-practice use cases
  • Support digital product launches and go-to-market initiatives
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and commercial performance
  • Monitor market and competitor activity and provide insights to stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Economics, or a related field
  • Experience in digital sales support, customer success, consultancy, training, or business development
  • Exposure to software platforms, digital products, or service-based environments

Skills & Competencies

  • Consultative selling and customer engagement skills
  • Strong presentation, training, and facilitation ability
  • Customer-centric, commercially aware, and results-driven
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work cross-functionally
