Role Summary
The Marketing Executive will drive market penetration and revenue growth for the company’s general insurance portfolio by managing broker relationships, executing marketing campaigns, and unlocking cross-selling opportunities across the broader financial services group.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing campaigns for general insurance products including motor, life, property, marine, and liability.
• Build, manage, and grow broker and channel partner relationships.
• Identify and activate cross-selling opportunities across health and financing products.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and business development teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Implement digital and traditional marketing strategies aligned to Nigerian market dynamics.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and regional industry engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Insurance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in insurance marketing, brokerage management, or channel sales.
• Strong working knowledge of general insurance products and distribution models.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-selling within a multi-product financial services group.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Sound understanding of NAICOM regulations and the Nigerian insurance market.
