Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales/Wellness Consultant to join our Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving revenue, and delivering premium wellness and bathroom solutions.
You will establish, develop, and manage mutually beneficial relationships with customers by proactively anticipating and meeting their needs while driving sales growth across key sectors including hospitality, corporate organizations, real estate, and fitness/wellness spaces.

  • Team Lead, Sales
  • GM, Sales

Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales

  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel managers, gym/fitness operators, architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors, and individual clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert enquiries into sales.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage client/supplier relationships.
  • Prepare proposals and quotations for total bathroom and wellness solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Contribute to sales strategies, showroom traffic growth, and revenue targets.
  • Participate in exhibitions, activations, and conferences to drive brand visibility.
  • Maintain an updated database of prospects and existing clients.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Provide professional advisory support to clients and recommend suitable products.
  • Handle or escalate customer complaints where necessary.
  • Liaise with inventory, delivery, accounts, HR, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain strong internal and external relationships to support business growth.

Team & Reporting

  • Support team members in pitching and closing projects.
  • Compile weekly reports and present monthly performance reports when required.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a related role (wellness or lifestyle products is an advantage).
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the real estate/hospitality market is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good financial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Strong planning, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
